The Rock Oracle Deck is a mineralogy-themed 50-card divination tool. It’s a rock shop in the palm of your hand! They’re all here, from classics like diamond and sapphire to strangely cubic pyrite, otherworldly black opal, and psychedelically geometric kamacite. Filled with science and symbolism, this deck was built for storytelling. Each card boasts a full-color, detail-rich illustration created by (designer and real human) Nick Gralewicz. And every rock includes three concepts from geology, human meaning, or literary metaphor as well as two “suits,” defined by a rock’s origin and its commonly-attributed “energy.”
Use the deck as intended (to play A Perfect Rock, an RPG in which IRL rocks become in-game planets), as inspiration in the game of your choice, or as a traditional oracle, to help make meaning from chaos.
