Manage your hand of cards to try and force your opponent to go above 10 or below 0.
Slambo is a sumo wrestling-themed hand management card game. Face off against one another as you slap cards from your hand into the ring. Each card’s number value raises or lowers the ‘balance’ of the ring. Blue cards raise, red cards lower. Push the balance above 10 or below 0 to win. Three wins and the Slambo title is yours!
Game is fast (5 min!) and portable (playing card-sized!) and includes colorful, terminology-accented illustrations from artist Sai Beppu. Also – neither here nor there – we very much appreciate the thematic nature of Slambo’s turn-taking, card-slapping mechanic. If you’ve got a sumo game, you really ought to capture the sumo mood.
