Description
As a ROVE (Results-Oriented Versatile Explorer) you’re used to surveying the fringes of space, but now you’ve crash-landed on an unfamiliar planet. You’ll need to reconfigure your reusable modules to get to safety!
ROVE is a solo space exploration-themed spatial (lol) puzzle game. Uhoh, your Mission has gone sideways – you, a intrepid little ROVE (Results-Oriented Versatile Explorer), have crashed. Use your Movement Points (cards) to rearrange your six Modules (icon cards), reconfigure yourself, and escape. Careful! You have limited Movement and each Module is different – each plays its own role, with its own rules and special tricks.
ROVE: Essential Collection is a boxed set that contains ROVE (the original, 18-card base game) as well as six of its most popular 6-card expansions (Reconfigured, Alien Activities, Fascinating Flora, Icy Incidents, Cosmic Crisis, and Tourist Traps). Reconfigured introduces Module upgrades with bigger effects. Alien Activities are extraterrestrial tinkering: new Movement cards. Fascinating Flora adds xenobotany Missions and Icy Incidents freeze your Modules. Cosmic Crisis injects a little urgency into your Missions while the Tourist Traps expansion adds Movement cards that befuddle your functions. Full color boxed set also includes a rulebook and a themed Mission Log score pad!
- Includes ROVE base game as well as six expansions, instructions, and a Mission Log score pad in a two-piece box
- For 1 player, ages 8+
