You are four humans participating in four sacraments during the bleak midwinter. Each sacrament, every human takes on a different role, collectively and purposefully fabricating the proper elements and words for the midwinter sacrament.

RITE is a witchy, wintry four-player RPG. Feeling down because the sun’s setting too soon? Light some candles and gather your friends for a chill (lol) storytelling experience, a midwinter ritual you’ll craft from scratch. Using two d6 dice and the included prompts, you’ll each take on one of four roles, rotating through them as your RITE progresses. The Evoker chooses the elements, The Thinker ties them together, The Initiate formulates their impact, and The Ritualist tells the story.
RITE is a ‘game’ in the vein of creator Travis D Hill’s other introspective, theatrically-inclined work. Lyrical and brief, use it to impart meaning to a dark, chilly evening or as a world-building tool for a setting in the system of your choice.
