Description
Radlands is a competitive, dueling card game about identifying fiercely powerful card synergies.
Act as the leader of your post apocalyptic group of survivors in a tooth-and-nail fight to protect your three camps from a vicious rival tribe. If all of them are destroyed, you lose the game.
Strategic and art-forward, Radlands contains everything you need to survive the fall of civilization. Water is the currency of action, so spend it wisely. Attack your rival, fortify your encampments, and attempt to re-build (some semblance of) society. At your command, you’ll find a variety of feral badasses – snipers, mutants, scouts, scientists, dusty pirates, radioactive brawlers, and more. And don’t let the small box, tidy rules, and low-text cards fool you – no two matches play the same.
Wait, character-based cards? …with actions? …against a singular foe? You’re not imagining it, the framework of this system is, indeed, familiar – Radlands was created by former Magic the Gathering external developer, Daniel Piechnick. Thoughtfully workshopped over the course of two years, Radlands boasts elegant and complex gameplay that will entertain turn-based newbies and MTG veterans alike.
