Welcome to the world of competitive fishing! Will you play aggressively and use fewer dice? Or, will you count on your opponents to be too risky? Let’s fish!
Lure is a push-your-luck competitive fishing game in which players vie to catch the biggest, best-est fish in the pond. Like real-life fishing, you’ll evaluate your tackle (unusually large set of polyhedral dice) and choose how aggressive to be (place a dice bet behind your color-coded screen). Cue the fish! Unlike real-life fishing, the conditions (number) needed to catch each animal are printed right there on its card. Cue the dice rolling! Whoever scores closest snags the prize.
Manage your tacklebox wisely! You can’t re-use dice. You can, however, use extra-special lures like re-rolling dice, adjusting your assigned amount of dice, and more. Game includes plenty of vibrant art of real fish, as well as five sets of charming, color-coded polyhedral dice and five matching lakeside screens.
