The fall semester is starting, and you’re a bright horse who’s left home to attend Horseshoe Academy. This castle-like institute at the edge of Hippolonia is where you’ll learn spells, make friends, and find your place in Awesome World.
Inspired by shows like My Little Pony or Unicorn Academy, Horseshoe Academy is is a game where you all play Magical Horses attending Magical Horse School, where you will have Magical Horse adventures solving Magical Horse mysteries, fighting Magical Horse enemies, and most importantly, learning to express your Magical Horse self. Call a farrier, get your hooves done, and gallop across Awesome World in search of adventure (and maybe you’ll learn an important lesson about friendship along the way!)
Horseshoe Academy is built around the Polymorph System, a mathless, all-ages framework. Each player chooses a role and each role resolves conflict using only one polyhedral die: a d4, a d6, a d8, or a d10. Yup! Just one die per person! This game also part of the Awesome World trilogy of games, where each game takes inspiration from a different sub-genre of kids’ animation, and characters from each game can cross-over and play together!
