Description

Grandpa’s Farm is a letter-writing roleplaying game inspired by slow-life video games like Harvest Moon, Animal Crossing, and Stardew Valley. In Grandpa’s Farm, you’ve inherited a long-neglected farmstead and are about to spend the next four years of your life getting it up and running again.

Kick back, relax, and revive an old farm! Not an actual farm, those are hard to run – we mean a chill, peaceful TTRPG farm. You can grow some corn! Not actual corn, which is a living plant requiring a fair amount of financial investment and attention – we mean peaceful TTRPG corn, which is soothing to tend and makes you feel cozy and pastoral. Each season, you’ll experience farm life, chronicle your progress, even attend local festivals. Farm festivals, not music festivals. Like, grow a really big pumpkin and enter it in the Biggest Pumpkin contest.

Need a break from emails, bills, and junk text messages? Grab your favorite nature-inspired deck of playing cards and spend some time on Grandpa’s Farm!

Grandpa’s Farm is one of six titles in Possible Worlds Games’ genre collection of mini-games, each bound like a color-coordinated mini spiral notepad. Designed to be quick to learn and low prep, but with enough depth you’ll never tell the same story twice.
