The original game challenges players to solve their town’s supernatural mysteries, all without drawing the attention of the Eyescape, powerful forces beyond the veil. Sunflower celebrates the spooky arrival of autumn from a Japanese perspective. This book, like a Junji Ito horror collection, includes five complete-yet-interconnected sunflower-themed harvest investigations, from corrupted, sunflower-patterned sunfish washing up on the shore to a child with sunflower eyes.
Sunflower includes five new investigator classes as well, each with folklore-inspired powers like communicating with the spirits of dead animals. There are also rules for alternate Eyes. The original CHOROGAIDEN deals only with Heme, The Great Eye, but many Eyes exist beyond our world! The attention of each changes the vibe of the story, the effects on our reality, and the methods by which they can be turned away from us. Rather take your CHOROGAIDEN game into the world?
