Ever visited an arboretum IRL? They’re wonderful. Think of them like… tree museums. No, more like… tree zoos. Tree preserves. Trees and bushes and other plants, too! Arboretums are relaxing, but they require lots of time to plan and maintain. Now you can take a shortcut, establishing your own arboretum with this quick card game! Collect, discard, and strategize from a hand featuring colorfully-rendered trees. Just like a real arborist, you’ll lay out your space carefully, creating paths for your visitors. Unlike real arborists,* however, every arboretum in this game is in competition and everyone else is quietly working against you. Whose arboretum will score the highest? You’ll find out in about 30 minutes.
*Admittedly, Knave of Cups knows very little about arborist culture and it’s totally possible there’s some professional beef out there
