Use a pre-assembled loadout to jump right into the action or build your mech using 9 Frames (each with its own traits and abilities), 18 Armaments, and 18 Systems. Battles are fast and satisfying with an engaging gameplay loop thanks to Illuminated by LUMEN, a pooled d6-based system by Gila RPGs. While originally designed for dynamic one-shots, APOCALYPSE FRAME also includes plenty of tools for longer missions (like a tiered enemy system and more complex Advanced Rules for both players and GMs).
