An unexpected rain has descended on the desert oasis of Timbuktu.You are months outside of the rainy season, so you were unprepared. Today, you’ve been confined to your meager hotel for the day – one that was supposed to be a short, overnight stay. The staff has lit a fire on the balcony and as been liberal with the British Gin and the French Cognac that they collected during the war. The sun sets as you recognize some faces from the road. Maybe it’s time to buy a bottle and make some friends.
And You Lived To Tell The Tale is an improv-inspired, GM-less storytelling RPG that asks you to impress your fellow wealthy adventurers. Settle in by the fire, choose your characters, and tell wild, unbelievable tales. Don’t worry – you’re encouraged to interrupt one another, challenging your peers to even greater heights of embellishment.
