The three witches can’t agree—every trick is a 2 vs 1 battle for the cauldron!
3 Witches is a trick-taking card game for exactly three players. Lesser Witches are sharing their cauldron with a Lead Witch and it’s two-against-one in a potion-brewing race to combine magical ingredients (the cards in their hands). In a witchy twist, there are only 18 ingredients in 5 suits, so witches must pay close attention. Fate tokens are awarded at the end of each round. If the Lead Witch bid their number of tricks correctly, they win two tokens. If they were wrong, the Lesser Witches each get one, and the roles rotate. First witch to five wins!
From the central crystal ball to the skull-shaped Fate tokens to the creepy animal parts on each card – eye of newt, wing of bat, etc – 3 Witches is fully thematic. Plus, this game is part of Allplay’s ‘Tiny’ line, meaning it’s extra-portable.
